Gerald (Gerry) Bourdeau is the founder of Bourdeau & Company, a firm providing management, resolution, and advisory services, including condominium management services through its licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

 

With a rare background in construction contracting, law, economics, data analysis, psychology, dispute resolution, business, project management, and condominium governance, Gerry brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to management consulting, advisory work, and dispute resolution.

With a focus on duty to his family, clients, and companies, Gerry’s top priority is integrity. His curiosity, work ethic, reasonableness, fairness, and commitment to continual learning are consistent, and he expects anyone working with Bourdeau & Company to share those values and traits.

Gerry has training in data analytics and statistics through his science degree and MBA. He also maintains connections with colleagues who specialise in analysis.

Gerry is an expert in property management and condominium governance. He has advised dozens of property management professionals and condominium boards, served on the boards of CAI
Canada and the Canadian Condominium Institute’s Eastern Ontario Chapter, and published many articles in the field of Ontario condominium management. He regularly participates in educational sessions during industry conventions and is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO).

He is internationally certified by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board and holds the internationally recognised Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a general licence from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario.
